We may process the following data, depending on how you use YogaBond:

• Identity and contact data: name, surname, email, and phone number.
• Account data: encrypted password, preferred language, and user settings.
• Booking and activity data: booked classes, attendance, cancellations, active passes, used passes, purchases, events, and gift cards.
• Communication data: messages sent via forms, replies, requests, communication preferences, newsletter opt-in/out, and class/event feedback.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, operating system, technical identifiers, security logs, and similar data.
• Meditation usage data: favorite meditations, listening progress, completed plays, and basic metrics associated with your account.

We do not store your full credit card data. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3. Data Related to Your Physical Condition

On certain occasions, you may voluntarily provide us with information regarding injuries, discomfort, pregnancy, physical limitations, special needs, or other circumstances relevant to adapting a class, practice, or session.

We will only process this information to provide you with the service in a safer, more attentive, and personalized way. We will not use it for commercial purposes or share it with third parties unless strictly necessary to deliver the service or required by law.

YogaBond is not a healthcare center, and its services do not substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical follow-up.

4. Purposes of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Manage bookings, attendance, cancellations, passes, events, and gift cards.
• Process purchases and payments.
• Send confirmations, reminders, schedule change notices, password recovery, and other necessary service communications.
• Address queries submitted via contact forms, email, or WhatsApp.
• Manage newsletter and commercial communications, when you have given your explicit consent.
• Manage voluntary feedback collected after classes, sessions, or events.
• Enable the use of free meditations, favorites, and listening progress tracking.
• Enhance security, prevent abuse, resolve technical errors, and correctly maintain the website and mobile app.
• Comply with relevant legal, tax, accounting, or administrative obligations.

5. Legal Basis

The legal bases that allow us to process your data are:

• Execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures: when you book classes, purchase passes, participate in events, use gift cards, create an account, or utilize YogaBond services.
• Consent: for the newsletter, non-essential commercial communications, voluntary feedback, analytical cookies, or certain communication preferences.
• Legitimate Interest: to maintain website and app security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, improve the service, and manage basic internal communications relevant to YogaBond.

You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing conducted based on consent before its withdrawal.

6. Payments

Card payments are processed via Stripe. YogaBond does not store your full credit card information. Cash payments at the studio or Bizum may also be supported when available. We retain relevant operational details to confirm transactions, manage issues, address requests, and fulfill legal mandates.

7. Communications

We may send you communications necessary for the operation of the service, such as booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, purchases, password recoveries, important notices, or information regarding your passes and activities.

We may also send you our newsletter or commercial marketing communications if you have subscribed or granted consent. You can unsubscribe at any time from your account settings, through links included in the messages, or by emailing info@yogabond.es.

From your dashboard, you can configure specific communication preferences, including feedback notifications when applicable.

8. Free Meditations

Meditations available on YogaBond are free of charge. They do not require a subscription or digital purchase. If you use this feature, we may save data associated with your account, such as favorite sessions, progress, play timestamps, and full play count. We use this data to improve your experience, enabling you to resume or manage your practice easily.

9. Cookies, Analytics and Similar Technologies

YogaBond utilizes technical cookies necessary for basic website operations and, where appropriate, analytical or third-party cookies subject to consent. We may use tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand overall web usage and refine our service. You can find more details in our Cookies Policy.

10. Providers and Recipients

To deliver our services, we may work with vendors who process data on behalf of YogaBond or act as independent data controllers based on the specific services they provide.

These may include infrastructure, email hosting, payments, analytics, mapping, security, communication, and app distribution platforms, such as Stripe, Google, Apple, WhatsApp, Cloudflare, MXPlan, or other necessary technical providers.

We may also disclose data when required by legal obligations, official administrative or judicial requests, or when necessary to defend rights or manage legal liabilities.

11. International Transfers

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area or process data from other countries. In such cases, adequate safeguards mandated by data protection laws will be applied, such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other legally valid mechanisms.

We will retain your data only for the duration necessary to fulfill each purpose:

• Account data: as long as the account remains active or until you request its deletion.
• Bookings, purchases, passes, attendance, and events: for the duration of your relationship with YogaBond and for the statutory periods required to meet legal, fiscal, or contractual liabilities.
• Payment associated data: for the duration needed to verify operations, resolve incidents, and address legal obligations.
• Newsletter and marketing communications: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
• Transactional communications: for the time required to deliver the specific service and resolve inquiries.
• Technical logs and security data: for a reasonable limited period to guarantee protection, block abuse, or resolve system errors.
• Feedback: as long as useful to improve quality, after which it may be fully anonymized.
• Meditation data, favorites, and progress: as long as your user account remains active or until you request its removal when available.

When data is no longer required, it will be permanently deleted, restricted, or anonymized accordingly.

13. Minors

Minors may participate in YogaBond activities where appropriate and strictly with the authorization or supervision of their parents or legal guardians.

If you are a minor, you must not register, purchase services, or provide personal data without the explicit consent of your legal representatives.

14. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Measures include access controls, encrypted passwords, secure HTTPS communications, traffic filtering, and security platforms like Cloudflare. While no system is entirely infallible, we progressively review and strengthen our security measures.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability where applicable.
