Valeria Harkamal
Kundalini Yoga · Movimiento Sentido
Valeria Harkamal supports people in caring for the whole body through movement and awareness. She began her professional journey in 2011 with training in Kundalini Yoga, the practice she teaches today. Since then, she has broadened and continues to deepen her training through intensive studies in Iyengar Yoga, floor-based Ayurvedic massage and biomechanics. Her approach took shape through training in muscular chains from a humanistic perspective, allowing her to bring together anatomical knowledge and respectful listening to the body. Her project, Movimiento Sentido, grew out of this understanding of movement. Through this approach, she supports each person in rediscovering balance, cultivating body awareness and living more fully.
